Orders usually ship within 1-2 days after they are processed. Some specialty BERGMANN wigs travel from Europe, so this may extend order-processing time by a few days.
Custom orders may require additional processing time, due to your requested personalization requirements. We just want to make sure your order is exactly the way you requested it.
For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
Please note: we cannot ship to any post office box via a traceable method, as delivery time cannot be guaranteed, nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
The day your order has shipped, we send an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that, depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.
When placing an order, a signature requirement upon arrival is set by default for all orders over $50. This ensures that your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, USPS or FedEx will leave a re-delivery slip. We realize this may be inconvenient, but we would like to ensure that your BERGMANN purchases arrive securely.
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from BERGMANN Hair, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BERGMANN Hair. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
